Synthetic Web Slings
Our synthetic web sling lineup covers nearly every configuration a job might call for. We build Eye & Eye Flat, Eye & Eye Twist, Endless, Reversed Eye, Triangle-Choker, Triangle-Triangle, and Wide Lift Basket web slings, along with our UltraWeb slings for applications that need added performance. Whether you're supporting an odd-shaped load from underneath or rigging through a tight attachment point, there's a web sling configuration designed for it. We also assemble multi-leg polyester and nylon bridle assemblies for loads with permanent lifting attachments.
Round Slings
Amick manufactures both PolyFlex and Powerflex round slings in-house, including high-performance options in polyester and Spectra fiber. Round slings are ideal where flexibility, abrasion resistance, and a high strength-to-size ratio matter most — particularly around tight lift points and irregular shapes.
Alloy Chain Slings
We provide alloy chain sling assemblies in Grade 800 and Grade 1000, available in both welded and mechanical configurations. Single, double, triple, and quadruple-leg setups are all on the table, with hook options including plate, sling, foundry, grab, stirrup, and mold. Our chain slings are RFID-ready for enhanced tracking and safety management. And if you're not sure exactly what you need — sketch it out and we'll build it.
Wire Rope, Steel Mesh, and Specialty Slings
Beyond synthetics and chain, Amick manufactures wire rope slings for heavy-duty applications, steel mesh slings, press grip slings, and grommet slings in both strand laid and rope laid constructions. For jobs that call for a hands-on approach, we also produce hand-spliced and hand-braided slings — craftsmanship that reflects decades of rigging expertise.
Protection, Fittings, and Tie-Downs
Every sling deserves to last. That's why we also produce a full line of wear pad protection to shield slings from abrasion and damage at critical contact points. Our inventory extends to web shackles and fittings and Load Hugger truck tie-down assemblies to round out the complete package.
Repair, Certification, and Beyond
Manufacturing is only part of the picture. Amick also provides sling repair, inspection, and certification services to keep your equipment performing safely throughout its service life. Whether it's a new custom assembly or maintaining gear that's already in the field, we're a single source for the full lifecycle of your lifting slings.
