Amick provides load testing capabilities up to 400,000 lbs in both horizontal and vertical configurations — one of the highest capacities available in the region. Our precision testing verifies the strength, reliability, and compliance of lifting equipment under controlled, documented conditions.

Load testing is required for new below-the-hook lifting devices (proof tested at 125% of rated capacity per ASME B30.20), repaired chain slings, and any equipment where verification of load-bearing capacity is needed for certification or compliance purposes. Amick performs load tests for new equipment certifications, post-repair verification, periodic recertification, and custom testing requirements.
